Our Appartements
In the two-story apartments, the bedrooms are on the entrance level and the living room upstairs. Two units have an additional bedroom that is accessible from the roof terrace. The furnishings are simple and reduced. Felt is used as a common design feature, each apartment being decorated in a different colour. The main focus, however, is on the fantastic view of the majestic mountains of the Silvretta.
Equipment
2-3 separate bed rooms each with shower and toilett, 1 living room with a tiled stove, kitchen with a large seat place, SAT-TV, radio, hair dryer, internet (wireless), floor- heating, mooring, terrace partly covered.
The 3rd room in the first floor is a little bit smaller than the other rooms, but you have a beautiful view in this room.

Every day if you order fresh bread it will be delivered from the bakery in Kappl. In our kitchen living area you will not only find a nice place inside, we are also offering a beautiful terrace where you can have barbecues during the summer time.
Our Situation
Just next to our apartment house there is a small pub where you can have breakfast and snacks. Ca 200 m on the way to the center there is a snack corner with fast food and traditional tyrolian meals.

The "Farn" apartment comprises two floors. The ground floor features two spacious rooms with a couch and an en suite shower and toilet. On the second floor, the living area consists of a large living, cooking and dining area. The spacious terrace is a true highlight and features corner seating.

- If you cancel your vacation 1 month before your arrival date, we keep the deposit. If you cancel just 14 days before, we settle the full amount of your booking. If you leave earlier than you have reserved we settle the whole price for all the days.
- For short stays less than 4 days, the charge is 5.00 more per person per day.
- Dogs are welcome but we take a charge of 50.00 for extra cleaning.
- For the final cleaning we take 15.00/person but minimum 60.00 €/apartment.
- The hotel invoice you only can pay cash or with EC-card (cashcard)! We don`t take credit cards!
- Check-In: from 2 pm
- The Austrian hotel and business conditions are valid.

The "Rost" apartment comprises two floors. The ground floor features two spacious rooms with a couch and an en suite shower and toilet. On the second floor, the living area consists of a large living, cooking and dining area. The somewhat smaller panorama bedroom with a small shower and toilet can be reached via the sun terrace.
